Adaptive and Compensative Activities and Posture for:
We can notice very often of having a shoulder higher than the other one, face directed or inclined to one side, foot with a varus or valgus deformity, as knees.
Sometimes with particular issues because of a wrong posture assumed during the day (spoiled attitudes) but also with a purpose of prevention, in order to prevent other back and shoulders problems, which are more common in old age.
The wrong positions that we assume during the day normally, can cause neck and shoulder pains and so a shoulder can appear hunched internally.
