A strong muscle is not s synonym for a healthy muscle. A healthy muscle is a strong one, resistant and elastic.

When you have a surgery, what scares you most of all is the possibility of having problems after the surgery itself,, during your daily life.

For a faster and more gradual recovery you can have some session of muscular reinforcement and, before surgery in order to:

  1. learn the exercises that you will do during the real rehabilitation, considering the fact that the patient is still healthy and is more collaborative because the effort she/he has to do is less than the effort after the surgery.
  2. reinforce the musculature instead of reinforcing the respiratory capacity in order to avoid a recurrence.

For what concern the period after the surgery the sport science doctor, has the duty to reinforce the interested muscles, not very tonic, to recover a complete functionality. So the patient is followed step by step to the return to the normal daily activities.
